Day 1

Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay - Bright Cave (L, D)

09:00 – 09:30 Pick-up at your hotel nearby the Old Quarter in Hanoi by luxury Limousine van

12:00 - 12:30 Embark the Perla Dawn Sails at Cat Hai port. Enjoy a welcome drink and cruise briefing.

13:15 – 14:00 A splendid lunch is served while cruising into the primitive Lan Ha Bay.

15:30 – 17:00 On a bamboo boat, visit Bright Cave, a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and high stone cliffs. Then enjoy swimming in the private emerald water.

17:00 – 18:30 Return to the Perla Dawn Sails for afternoon tea on the top deck – a perfect time to take some of your best snapshots of the day when the sun begins to set. Enjoy daily HAPPY HOUR promotion from 17:30 – 18:30.

Relax with Massage and Spa treatment, always available upon request

19:00 Delight in the shimmering atmosphere of thousands of stars while eating a fantastic, expertly prepared dinner on floating farm (upon the weather), all while floating in the center of serene Lan Ha Bay. To be impressed by an absorbing fruit and vegetable carving demonstration and a traditional music performance at dinner time.

After dinner is your free time to enjoy the night life on the bay, make friends with other guests or try your luck on squid fishing.

06:30 – 06:45 Begin your new day with a Tai Chi session or a photo hunt.

07:00 – 07:45 Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay.

07:45 – 09:00 Experience kayaking to discover the lovely Tra Bau area. Visit a fishing farm and socialize with the resident fishermen to know more about life here and how the people work every day.

09:00 – 09:45 Pack your luggage and check out of your cabin while cruising towards the port.

10:00 – 11:30 Join a cooking demonstration before enjoying an extraordinary Buffet lunch

11:45 – 12:00 Disembark the Perla Dawn Sails & Farewell

14:30 – 15:00 Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends.

Children Policy:

  • Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Free Baby Cot – Subject to the availability) - Limited to 1 child / 1 cabin.
  • Children from 5 to 11 years old sharing the double/ twin cabin with 1 adult or sharing the triple cabin with 2 adults are charged 75% adult.
  • Two children stay in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 75% adult/ each.
  • Children from 12 years old will be charged as adults.
  • 01 child from 5 to 11 years old stays in a separated single cabin is charged 75% of a full price single cabin.

Cancellation by Customer:

  • More than 07 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
  • From 07 to 02 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • Less than 02 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Cat Ba Port Authority., depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to the Cat Ba Archipelago (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Cat Ba Archipelago, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
