Surcharge Fee:

• Surcharge for high season from 01/Jan - 30/Apr and from 01/Oct - 31/Dec
• Compulsory Gala Dinner may be applied during Christmas Eve and New Year Eve.

Children Policy:

• Children under 5 years old sharing cabin with parents : No additional charge (limited one child per cabin),  from 2nd one will be charged 25% of adult price.
• Children from 5 to under 12 years staying on sharing bed with parents: charge 50% adult price (limited one child per cabin). If require an extra bed will be charged 75% of an adult
• Two children below 12 years old need to stay in a separate cabin and will be charged 75% of the adult price.
• Children from 12 years old are charged at adult price.

Cancellation by Customer:

From 1 - 5 cabins

• More than 30 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
• From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 10 to 4 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 4 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

From 6 cabins

• More than 60 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
• From 60 to 31 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• From 10 to 4 days prior to check-in: 70% of total rates
• Less than 4 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
