This specially-tailored package provides an overview of the major tourist attractions in Hanoi as well as an orientation tour for visitors to get accustomed to Vietnamese culture in the first few days after their arrival in Vietnam.

Day 1

Car

Ha Noi arrival (L)

When you arrive in Noi Bai International Airport you will be welcomed by your local tour guide and driver.

We will treat you with a late lunch at a local Vietnamese restaurant, so we can make sure that you are ready for a day at the historical places in Hanoi. We will start at modern day at the Presidential Palace before continuing to Ho Chi Minh’s humble house which was built on stilts. After Ho Chi Minh’s house, we will go to the One Pillar Pagoda; a temple inspired by the lotus flower and as given the name, built on a single pillar. Going further down in history you will have a fantastic chance to see the first university of Vietnam, the Temple of Literature; with its beautiful symmetry and green gardens. Cross the red bridge over the lakes in the heart of Hanoi to the Ngoc Son Temple and afterwards you can relax while being taken around in the Old Quarter of Hanoi by Rickshaw.

After a tour in the charming streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, we will bring you to your hotel.

For the rest of the evening you are free to enjoy Hanoi furthermore and dinner is on guest’s own account.

Day 2

Cruise

Hanoi - Halong (B, L, D)

After enjoying your breakfast after a good night’s sleep, the shutle bus will pick you up at your hotel around 8.00 AM to proceed towards the Halong Bay.

After a drive towards the bay, we will arrive around noon, where you will check into the Golden Lotus Premium Cruise.

12.15: Transfer by tender to boat, enjoy welcome drink.

12.30: Depart by boat to Halong Bay, start cruise and check in cabins.

13.00 - 14.00: Lunch - enjoy deluxe Vietnamese Set Menu.

15.30: Transfer by tender from boat to Surprising Cave.

16.30: Enjoy kayaking and swimming, or relaxing on the boat.

19.00 - 21.00: Dinner - enjoy Vietnamese food.

21.00 - 23.00: Evening activities - choose from optional evening activities: enjoy movie, sing karaoke or join squid fishing with our crew (in the case of weather is in good condition).

Day 3

Halong Bay - Hanoi (B, L)

7.00 – 8.00: Breakfast – Set Menu.

8.15: Transfer by tender from boat to Titop island, so swimming or just relax.

9.00: Continue cruise and refresh onboard and come back to Bai Chay.

10.15: Check-out cabins and settle bills.

11.25: Arrive by boat at Bai Chay, Halong Tourism Harbour.

11.30: Transfer by tender from boat – Farewell and End of Cruise.

11.45: Lunch at Thang Long restaurant in Halong city (or lunch on boat)

12.15: Car pick you up to come back Hanoi and to your designated hotel.

Dinner is on the guest’s own account.

Day 4

Car

Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc (B, L)

Breakfast will be enjoyed at your hotel and afterwards we will pick you up and proceed towards Ninh Binh.

Upon arriving we will visit the ancient capital from the 10th century where you will see the intriguing temples in Hoa Lu. After explorering the temples we will continue to the old Van Lam Village, where you can enjoy a local lunch.

In the afternoon we will proceed by a small sampan, river boat to go and discover the Tam Coc Caves.

Afterwards we will visit the Bich Dong Pagoda near the rock formations and then proceed back to Hanoi.

Upon arrival dinner is on the guest’s own account.

Before ending your journey, breakfast will be served at your hotel.

Any activities on this day are up to the guest alone, and when you have your departing flight from Hanoi, we will bring you to the airport.
