Designed for an intimate, small-group experience, the L’Azalée Deluxe Cruise features just 12 cabins, including 2 suites, both with private outdoor deck. Enjoy beautifully-prepared meals in the air-conditioned restaurant or laze on a sunbed with a cocktail on the upper deck.

While most visitors spend just one day exploring the wonders of Halong Bay, why not add on an extra day to go further afield, with fewer travelers around? Our extended join-in boat cruise offers the same exciting itinerary as the one-night cruise, plus an extra day’s worth of activities including sunrise over Ha Long Bay and visiting secluded caves that you might just have all to yourself.

• Roundtrip shuttle bus Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi (VND 910,000 per adult). Pick-up and drop-off point is at your hotel in Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung or Ba Dinh district (surcharge applies for other areas in Hanoi).
• Kayaks; Spa & Beauty services are booked at the Reception with extra charge

Children Policy: 

• Children at 12 years old and above: are considered as adults.
• Children above 5 years old and under 12 years old: 65% of adult fare/ child sharing cabin with parents
• Children under 5 years old: Free of Charge if sharing cabin with parents.
• One Cabin should be maximum 2 passengers, 1 child under 12 years old sharing bed with parents.
• Surcharge for the child is at 65% of adult fare

Cancellation by Customer:

From 01 - 06 cabins

• More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
• From 14 to 07 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 06 to 03 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 03 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

From 07 cabins

• More than 45 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
• From 45 to 31 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• From 14 to 08 days prior to check-in: 80% of total rates
• Less than 08 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Tuan Chau Port Authority., depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
