08:30-09:00 Pick up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter ( Optional)

12:30 Check in aboard with Welcome Cocktail from crew member while manager introduce the safety briefing and the boat cruising forward to the Bai Tu Long bay.

13:15 Let your vacation start with a delicious lunch set menu in restaurant

15:30 Discover Thien Canh Son cave where located on top of mountain, contain the long history of geological value and the natural beauty. Recommend you bring camera and wear sport shoes for hiking.
Swimming, Sunbathing and Relaxing at the beach if the weather is permitted

17:30-19:00 Enjoy your time with the beautiful sunset on the bay and join “Happy Hour” – 30% Discount off all drinks onboard

18:30 Cooking class on sundeck with the Deep Fried Spring rolls, one of the unique flavor of Vietnamese food.

07:00 Light breakfast serve in dining room.

07:45 Move to day cruise. Enjoy kayaking at Cong Do area which is one of the most beautiful area on Bai Tu Long Bay

12:00 Lunch is served in the restaurant. After Lunch, you have more time for kayaking and relaxing around magnificent karst mountains.

15:00 Back to the La Regina Royal Cruise

17:30–19:00 Enjoy your time with the beautiful sun set on the bay and join “Happy Hour” – Get a discount 30% of all drinks

07:00 Light breakfast serve in dining room.

07:45 Visiting Vung Vieng floating fishing village, one of the biggest village in HaLong Bay, you will have chance to learn about the living of fishermen and feel free with some option activities: bamboo boat or kayaking.

9:00 – 9:30 Back to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception, please put all your luggage at the outside of your cabin door, crew member will help to bring luggage on land.

09:30 Brunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.

11:00 Disembark at the harbor

Children Policy:

  • Children under 6 years old sharing fully paid cabin with parents: No additional charge (maximum 1 child, the second child will be charged)
  • Children from 6 - under 12 years old sharing room with parents: Charge 75%
  • Children from 12 years old : Charge 100%

Cancellation by Customer:

Under 6 cabins

  • More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
  • From 14 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • From 9 to 3 days prior to check-in: 70% of total rates
  • Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
