Explore one of the largest and the most beautiful caves on Halong Bay. Nothing is more enjoyable than free kayaking on the vast sea, and exploring the natural beauty of many Islets. Explore Cat Ba national park visiting Trung Trang cave one of the largest and the most beautiful caves on Cat Ba archipelago. Nothing is more enjoyable than free kayaking & swimming on the vast sea, and exploring bight & dark cave by bamboo rowing boat and the natural beauty of many Islets. More than, you will also have a chance to join our Cooking class to challenge your skills in preparing a very famous Vietnamese dish – Spring roll & watching magic show in the evening.

Day 1

Hanoi - Hai Phong - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay (L, D)

9:00 – 9:30 Pick the guests up at hotels around Hanoi Old Quarter to travel to La Pinta Private Lounge. The journey takes only 2 hours on the new highway road by our luxury limousine van.

12:00 Guests arrive at La Pinta Private Lounge, take a short rest and warmly welcomed by our staffs with a welcome tea.

12:30- 13:00 Guests are transferred to the cruise, checked in on board and enjoy your welcome drink & wet cold/ warm towel while listening to cruise briefing.

13:00 Delicious lunch is served in THE LEAF Restaurant.

14:30 – 17:30 We progress to Trung Trang cave by our bus on Cat Ba island which is located in the middle of Cat Ba National Park with Kim Giao forest around the cave.

Trung Trang Valley is the largest one in Cat Ba Island. The valley covers an area of approximately 300 hectares, has 10m to 30mdepth, and is around 15km2, in the middle of Cat Ba National Park. Trung Trang Cave measures 300m lengthwise penetrates in the mountains. The cave was formed by nature for more than 2000 years. The cave has many stalactites that take on various shapes that will awe and inspire visitors to use their imagination. After Trung Trang Cave. We take few short trekking at the entrance of Cat Ba National Park in order getting to know more about the typical creation of tropical forest.

18:00 “Cooking Class” with our professional Chef on board and learn how to cook the most famous and delicious Vietnamese dishes.

19:30 Dinner is served in our 5-star THE LEAF Restaurant.

21:00 – 22:00 Guests have a chance to experience Squid Fishing or enjoy our movie night to watch Vietnamese classic movies.

The second “Happy Hour – buy 1 get 1 free” program at THE POND Bar is also another best choice to make it “a night to remember” with family and friends.

Lan Ha Bay - Viet Hai Village (B, L, D)

Morning:

7:15 Light buffet breakfast is served on board.

8:15 Start your excursion with a boat trip to Lan Ha Bay for sightseeing.

9:30 The boat docks at Viet Hai pier. Passengers choose bicycles or electric cars to travel 3,5 km into the village. Viet Hai village is in a valley within Cat Ba National Reserve.

10:00 You could either shoot photos, video or walking old houses. Meeting village folks to observe local daily life is another suggestion. In summer it is beautiful rice field, winter time you may do some trekking on lime stone cliffs and mountains.

11:30 Local lunch is served with fresh sea foods and local foods.

Afternoon:

13:00 Enjoy a ride on bicycles or electric cars back toViet Hai pier.

13:30 Our trip boat takes you to Van Boi- a small beach nearby. Here you can do some kayaking or swimming.

15:30 Back onto day trip boat to transfer to La Pinta Cruise.

17:00 Cruise to anchor place in Rang Dua. Free time to relax, join a cooking classic or take part in our special activity** on sundeck (if weather permits).

Evening:

19:30 2nd dinner on board.

20:30-23:00 After finishing dinner, you could view the bay at night up on the top deck, relax with romantic music, enjoy drinks from the bar while watching Top Gear Vietnam Special - a TV series by BBC or try your luck at squid fishing. Or you could also grab some drinks and have your leisure time outside your cabin private balcony.

Day 3

Lan Ha Bay - Halong Bay - Hanoi (B, Br)

6:15 Starting the last day with a Morning Meditation session on the sundeck.

7:00 Light breakfast is served with an extensive tea demand station in THE LEAF Restaurant.

8:00 Transfers to Dark &Bright cave, explore this lovely cave by bamboo boats.

Opt 1: Guest(s) have choice to visit Dark & Bright cave by bamboo boats (you were rowed by local people)

Opt 2: Guest(s) can choice do kayaking to visit the cave

Back onto cruise, please join our special activity** or any activity at your choice on board.

9:30 Check out of the cabin.

9:45 Brunch is served on board.

11:45 Guests return back to La Pinta Private Lounge. Our luxury limousine van transfers guests back to Hanoi.

14:00 Arrive back to your hotel in Hanoi!

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Cat Ba Port Authority., depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to the Cat Ba Archipelago (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Cat Ba Archipelago, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
