You will be met by our driver and local guide at Danang International and proceed to a city sightseeing tour. Danang is the fourth largest city in Vietnam and a sea port with nice beaches. First we visit the Cham Museum - the world's foremost collection of sculpture of the ancient Kingdom of Champa, the Danang Beach and the Marble Mountains, whose peaks represent the five elements of the universe.

Lunch at local restaurant before proceeding to Hoi An ancient town which lies on the banks of the Thu Bon River.

Hoi An was one of the major trading centers of Southeast Asia in the 16th century and was declared a World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.

We begin our discovery of Hoi An ancient town, which was originally a Cham seaport which was influenced thru’ centuries by myriad of traders from various cultures. There are plenty to see in this tranquil and delightful town, some of which are the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tan Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda and the bustling market. We will visit these sights on an exciting walking tour past many low tiled houses scattered along the mall streets and assembly halls which reflected the town's multi-cultural past.

Hoi An is a town oozing charm and history, having largely escaped the destruction of successive wars. The architecture of Hoi An, which is almost entirely of wood, is of considerable interest. Once a sleepy riverside village, it’s now quite definitely a tourist town – with hotels, restaurants, bars, tailors and souvenir shops dominating the old centre.

In the afternoon, we continue to explore the Hoi An countryside by sampan including the Thanh Ha earthenware village.
