Emeraude Classic Cruises offers guests a value-packed, premium experience in Halong Bay starting with the ship itself. Limited to just 80 passengers, the ship is modeled after a turn-of-the-century paddle steamer and evokes a time when travel was synonymous with style and leisure. Surcharge Fee:

• Surcharge for high season from 01/Jan - 30/Apr and from 01/Oct - 31/Dec
• Compulsory Gala Dinner may be applied during Christmas Eve and New Year Eve.

• Roundtrip shuttle bus Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi. Pick-up and drop-off point are at your hotel in Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung or Ba Dinh district (surcharge applies for other areas in Hanoi).

Children Policy: Emeraude Cruises may allow children to stay in the same cabin/suite with parents either with or without an extra mattress.

• Our policy is not to charge for children under five (5) years of age.
• Children aged from three to eleven (3 – 11) sharing a cabin/suite with two adults on an extra mattress will be charged extra, and limited to one additional child per cabin/suite only.
• Two children under 12 years old and sharing a private cabin/suite are charged at 75% of the double cabin rate.
• Children 12 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate.

Cancellation by Customer:

• More than 10 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 10 to 05 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 05 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Cat Ba Port Authority., depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to the Cat Ba Archipelago (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Cat Ba Archipelago, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
