Visit the Sam Mountain with caved pagoda and afterwards visit Tra Su cajuput forest, getting to the wild birds Sanctuary, cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest, watching storks, cranes and other tropical birds. Day 1

Cruise

Phnom Penh ( Cambodia ) – Chau Doc (D)

12.30 pm Pick up at your hotel in Phnom Penh and transfer to the boat pier for boarding Express boat to Chau Doc.

Arrival at Chau Doc around 5.00pm.

Pick up and transfer to your chosen hotel. Welcome dinner and overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 2

Car

Chau Doc – Tra Su Sanctuary – Can Tho (B, L, D)

Breakfast at your hotel.

Take a motor boat trip to see the floating fish farm and the floating village.

Visit the local Cham minority village in their traditional weaving village.

Continue the tour to visit Tra Su, getting to the wild birds Sanctuary, cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest, watching storks, cranes and other tropical birds.

Back to Chau Doc for lunch.

Depart for Can Tho. Hotel check in.

Dinner is on Guest’s account. Overnight in your proposed hotel in Can Tho

Option 1 : Stay in a hotel in Can Tho

Check into your hotel on arrival at Can Tho. Free to explore the city on your own in the afternoon. You can also visit a village, meeting the local people, have dinner with them and enjoy their music. Overnight at your chosen hotel in Can Tho.

Option 2 : Homestay (D)

Transfer by motor boat to a small village in Cai Rang district. Check into your riverside cottage. In the afternoon, trek around the village to experience the rural lifestyle of the Mekong Delta people. Join a family as they prepare dinner and then share the meal with them. Enjoy an evening of traditional folk music with your neighbors. Overnight at your riverside cottage.

Day 3

Cruise

Can Tho – Ho chi minh city (B, L)

Take an early morning boat trip to visit the Cai Rang floating market which is wholesale market of fruit and vegetable at its busiest at this time of the day.

Keep cruising through the small channels system and visit a rice noodle making village.

Experience the “Monkey Bridge” in the Delta. Head to Phong Dien for the smaller, quieter floating market (optional).

Break for lunch.

Depart for Ho Chi Minh City.

Arrive in HCMC at around 5 pm. End of services.
