Officially launched in Aug 2020, CAPELLA cruise would like to introduce a new standard of cruising in Ha Long & Lan Ha bay – more intimate and luxurious.

The ship design is a harmonious combination of the modern superyacht and elegant Indochina ambiance. With 30 tasteful cabins on 6-decks, Capella offers a luxurious yet relaxed cruise through the magnificent limestone landscape.

Surcharge Fee:

• Surcharge for high season from 01/Jan - 30/Apr and from 01/Oct - 31/Dec
• Compulsory Gala Dinner may be applied during Christmas Eve and New Year Eve.

Tour Included:

• 1-night accommodation at a Capella’s suite cabin (all featured with private balcony/terrace and ocean-view bathtub)
• 4 dining experiences: welcome lunch buffet, Chef’s special dinner set menu, Light breakfast buffet, and a Brunch buffet on departure day.
• Sunset party with refreshment in happy hours (17:00 – 19:00)
• Free access to the cruise recreation facilities: Oasis Pool & Jacuzzi; the floating Ocean pool; Inflatable water slide; Mini-golf course; Cigar & Poker club; Fishing.
• Visiting the Bright cave by rowing boat
• All entrance fee & permission fee

Tour Excluded:

• SIC transfer Hanoi – Hai Phong – Hanoi at rate 25$/pax/2 ways, private if asked at rate 150$/4seats car/2ways, 160$/7seats car/ 2ways.
• Airfare, hotel, visa arrangements, airport transfer.
• Sea Melody Theatre, surcharge is as time of using.
• Beauty Spa Services & Massage
• Beverages, tips, gratuities and other personal expenses are at your discretion.
• All other services not clearly mentioned above.

Children Policy:

• Children under age of 5: Stay free with parents with existing bed (without extra bed). Maximum 1 children/cabin, the 2nd one will be charged 50% of adult price.
• Children from 5 to under 11 years old: Surcharge 60% of adult price - Stay with parents using existing bed (without extra bed), the 2nd one will be charged as an adult.
• 2 children from 5 to under 11 years old stay in 1 cabin: Surcharge 85% of cabin rate.
• Children from age of 11: Charged as an adult with an extra bed.

Cancellation by Customer:

From 01- 04 cabins

• More than 07 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
• Less than 07 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

From 05 - 06 cabins

• More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
• From 14 to 08 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

From 07 cabins

• More than 30 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
• From 29 to 15 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
• From 14 to 08 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rates
• Less than 08 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Tuan Chau Port., depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
