Ba Vi Jungle Trekking 2 Days 1 Night – Hard Trek

Main activities in the morning
08:00 Our shuttle bus and Renea tours local expert will pick you up at the hotel’s lobby (hotel inside Hanoi Old Quarter area) and depart to Ba Vi National Park. Our bus journey is interesting and we will escape from the bustling city to the peaceful rural area, immerse yourself in the green rice fields.

10:00 We arrive and take short ride to the level of 800m to start our 6-hour hiking journey. First part is the medium-trek through jungle in the 3km distance. On route, we can both trek and sightsee the majestic landscape of whole this park. Passing by some the remain of French architectures during French war in the past (the 19th century) such as: the house of the prison safeguard and the prisons where the French army kept the political prisoners inside.  Admiring the giant trees on the trek route. Up to the high level of 1000m, stop on route for picnic lunch.

Main activities in the afternoon
Following picnic lunch, kick off our hard-trek from level of 1000m downhill 400m. It is the untouched trail created by the local who looking for the medicine herbs. However, when trekking on this route, it is rarely to meet the local also. Exploring the traditional ways to get the water from the nature when the local gets thirsty.

After trek route, we will be picked up by our shuttle bus and transfer to Ba Vi Farm-stay where our group can many opportunities to interact to the local community by doing interesting activities such as: Planting vegetables, go fishing, etc...

Optional choice: If you prefer something different, we can drive to the local houses of Dzao ethnic minority to get a shower with their local medicine herbs (the extra fee is US$10 per person).

After that, back to the farm-stay for having dinner and spend our first night.
