12:00 Have lunch on the boat.

15:30-16.30 Back to the Athena Cruise and you will have some free time. Relax in your cabin or on the Sun deck. Free sauna session.

17:30 Cooking class with some new technique to learn.

07:30 Explore Thien Canh Son cave in Ha Long Bay. Witness its beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.
Note:there are about 200 stepsto get up to the cave.

09:00 Check out time. Please put your luggage outside the cabin and the key at the reception desk.
Our staff will transfer your luggage into our lounge for you.
Bill settlement at the reception desk.

09:30 Brunch is served at the restaurant on the 2nd deck.

10:45 The boat arrives to the pier. In Vietnam we never say “Goodbye” we always say “See you again”

From 01- 03 cabins

  • More than 07 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
  • From 7 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

From 04 - 06 cabins

  • More than 10 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
  • From 10 to 5 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • Less than 5 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
