Day 1

08:00– 08:30 Our tour guide and bus pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter (If you booked the transfer).

08:30 Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 hours by our Limousine Shuttle Bus (Extra fees) via High Speed Express Way 5B

10:00 Stopover at Pearl Farm House for refreshment about 20 – 30 minutes

12:30 Welcome on board

13:00 Lunch (During the lunch the boat is cruising pass the small fishing village)

14:20 Go to visit Sung sot cave (you should bring hiking shoes, camera…)

After visiting Sung sot cave, we will comeback Alisa boat, our boat keep crusing to kayak area

16:00 Kayaking( Please change your clothes because it will be wet, we don’t recommend you to take your camera, cell phone together)

18:00 Enjoy Happy hour for drinking and Sunset party at the sky bar, on the 4 floor.

18:15 Cooking class (Enjoy Vietnamese traditional food – Spring rolls)

19:00 Dinner Is served.

20:30 Relaxing time (Squid fishing )

6:45 – 7:45 Breakfast is served.

7:45 – 8:45 Visit Titop Island, where you can go swimming and hiking. (when we go you need to bring swimming suit, sun cream, sunglasses, a little money,…

9:45 Check out time (For the better arrangement, please put your luggage out of the door and return the room key at the reception). Our staff will help you to transfer your luggage to the jetty in advance.

9:45-10:30 Early Lunch is served.

10:30 Pay the bill at the bar counter on the 2 floor.

11:00 Say good bye to the crew and disembark on Alisa harbor.

12:00 Get on The bus come back to Ha Noi. ( If you booked the transfer)

  • Children from 11 years old are charged at adult price.

  • More than 6 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
  • From 6 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

From 6 cabins

  • More than 45 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
  • From 45 to 31 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
  • From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • From 16 to 6 days prior to check-in: 80% of total rates
  • Less than 6 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
  • The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
