We proudly present one of the biggest wooden boats, the Oasis Bay Cruise, launched in Nov 2015. The boat is fully equipped with the most advanced and upgraded technology. Entering the boat, tourists will be overwhelmed by its extreme impressive art design.
The main material of this boat is precious and rare timber. That brings customers unique experiences different from other common iron boats. You are closer to nature and easier to explore its beauty. For interior design, characteristics of the Eastern culture will be featured by wooden floor, wall, handcrafted ceramic artworks, rattan, bamboo furniture and the highlighted color, dark brown.

Day 1

Cruise

Hanoi - Halong Bay (L, D)

7:45 - 8:30 Pick you up at your hotel.

12:30 Arrive at Tuan Chau harbour and refresh at the Oasis Bay Lounge for about 20 minutes before boarding.

13:00 Transfer to cruise. Welcome drink, cruise briefing, safety instructions, and check-in cabins. Cruise and program commence.

13:30 - 14:30 Special lunch will be served on board while cruising. After having lunch, the Oasis Bay will continue exploring the wonders of Halong bay. Anchoring the vessels at Frog Pond area.

15:30 - 17:00 Explore this beautiful area by kayaking through the majestic scenery or swimming in emerald coloured water.

17:15 - 18:45 Relax on the sundeck with a complimented by a variety of tropical fruits and best local wines. Then attend a cooking demonstration with our Chef to learn one of the most popular cuisines in Vietnam: spring rolls, or refresh yourself in outdoor Jacuzzi.

19:00 - 20:00 Enjoy a specially gourmet dinner.

21:00 - 23:00 Evening Activities, relax at leisure: squid fishing

6:30 Wake up to a very special morning with an organized Taichi class among the peaceful surroundings of Halong.

7:00 - 7:30 Breakfast. Coffee & tea with assorted homemade pastries, fresh juices….

8:00 Taking our transfer small boat to begin another unforgettable day trip to discover one of the world wonders. You will have the chance to visit the Trong cave & Ho Dong Tien area by kayaking. Lunch on boat

15:00 - 16:00 Cruise to a Pearl Farm to see and learn firsthand how they harvest these shiny stones.

16:00 - 17:00 Get back on the Oasis Bay Cruise, take a hot shower and enjoy second night onboard.

19:00 - 20:00 Enjoy a specially gourmet dinner.

21:00 - 23:00 Evening Activities, relax at leisure: squid fishing

Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Hanoi (B, L)

6:30 Wake up to a very special morning with an organized Taichi class among the peaceful surroundings of Halong.

7:00 - 7:30 Breakfast. Coffee & tea with assorted homemade pastries, fresh juices…

8:00 - 9:00 Visit Sung Sot Cave, hiking up and down 600 steps to the magnificent limestone formations of the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong bay.

9:30 Check-out cabins and settle bills.

10:30 Lunch will be served while the Oasis Bay is crusing back to Tuan Chau harbor.

12:30 - 12:45 Shuttle bus pick guest up at Oasis Bay Lounge.

17:00 - 17:30 Arrive in Hanoi.

  • Surcharge for high season from 01/Jan - 30/Apr and from 01/Oct - 31/Dec
  • Compulsory Gala Dinner may be applied during Christmas Eve and New Year Eve.

From 1 - 4 cabins

  • More than 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
  • From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
  • Less than 4 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

From 5 cabins

  • More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
  • From 15 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
  • From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • Less than 4 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
  • No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather:

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
