Discover the Hoi An countryside and enjoy the local Hoi An food. With our local foodie tour guide who is also a gourmet and specialized on local cuisine, we first ride through the countryside of Hoi An and stop to enjoy delicious Cao Lau dish at an authentic restaurant. This specialty is the traditional Hoi An dish with pork, noodles and greens. The noodles are made with local sticky rice. The water used to soak the rice must be taken from Ba Le well. Noodles will be soft and flavored with a special sweet smell.

Then, we continue on to visit a vegetable village and go to Cam Ha commune where you will enjoy My Quang noodles, another very famous local specialty. You will also samples some other local specialties: Bánh Bèo/ Water Fern Cake, Husband and wife cake, Bánh ít lá gai/ It cake, Savoury coconut pancake, Balut egg, BBQ beef.. Before ending the tour, you also choose to stop at a corner coffee shop and watch life going on.
This Hoi An food tour is also a great way to see other parts of Hoi An ancient city on a motorbike that the majority of tourists don’t get to see!
